I know many of us made New Year’s resolutions. Maybe it was to spend more time with your family, find a better job, or to lose that extra 15 pounds you gained over the holidays. We usually do really well the first couple of weeks in January and kind of slough off as the months go by. Don’t let that happen this year! April is your month! Get back on track and don’t give up. Sure, we all fall back sometimes, but don’t let it stop you from trying.
I know so many people have a weight loss goal set as their New Year’s resolution so I’m going to focus on that today. Whether it be two pounds or ninety pounds, we all have to start somewhere. I personally like to start easy. I challenge you to start easy with me. I challenge you to start with essential oils.
Once a day, add two drops of peppermint and/or four drops of lemon to your water or a vegetable capsule. That’s it! The peppermint and lemon will work to curb cravings and fight the fat. Cool, right? Plus it’s a great wake-me-up.
Right now Young Living is also advertising their Slique Essence for weight loss as well. I haven’t personally tried it, but I hear it’s awesome. It’s a mix of ocotea, lemon, spearmint, tangerine, and grapefruit. You just inhale it directly before meals and throughout the day to help curb your cravings.
